Uh, I'm not using OSX user but you could try:
- http://www.maccvs.org/ (seems to be the better one)
- http://cvsgui.sourceforge.net/download.html
- http://www.smartcvs.com/
or even Eclipse (it has cvs integrated).

CVS isn't really hard to learn and certainly not if you're using a 
graphical client.
