[support] Installing php/mysql issues

It's RedHat CentOS, not sure what version.     So I am looking for the 
right rpm to download ....

should be rpm -i mysql-devel, but it's not finding it ...

When I go to:  http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/php/
Seems like that one is for Windows only.
