[support] Installing php/mysql issues

What you need to do is make use of yum.  That is the default package manager
for centos.  Doing something like 'yum search mysql' or 'su -c "yum search
mysql"'  should give you a list of packages with mysql in it to install. 
More help is available on the http://www.centos.org site.   I recommend that
you use the pre-compiled packages to make it easier to maintain your sites.

I believe that rpm requires the full package name to install.
