[support] TinyMCE = OS X Nightmare

Thanks for the screenshots. TinyMCE is certainly misbehaving. You  
really may want to uninstall and reinstall TinyMCE just to see if  
that helps. When I have had problems (though not this problem) with  
TinyMCE, it is generally an issue with a setting for TinyMCE or an  
input format issue. There are also some javascript scripts that need  
to load properly via the theme/drupal for TinyMCE to function. Maybe  
something is going on there?
