[support] Upgrade to Drupal 5?

Drupal has supported /modules and /sites/sitename/modules since before I got 
here.  Support for sites/all/modules and profiles/profilename/modules was 
added in Drupal 5, specifically so that no one would ever have to touch 
their /modules directory again. :-)  (The same applies for themes.)
