[support] right sidebar not displayed

Richard,

Theming isn't my specialty, but since no one has responded yet...

Try putting the copied Garland folder in /sites/all/themes (you need to
create this directory if you haven't already, doesn't come as part of a
standard install) instead of in /themes.

Let's know what happens.
