[support] set title tag separate from node title

Hi - I'm trying to find a way to set the title tag in the site 
differently from the title of the node.  This is for propper SEO that we 
need this.  I have nodewords installed for meta tagging (I tried to tell 
them that search engines ignore meta tags but they want them anyway) but 
that doesn't allow for separate setting of the title tag.
