[support] CVS Update to my Drupal install didn't work

The tags don't work that way for core. Any development would be done in 
5.x-dev. Also, there is no development being done in Drupal 5.x, only 
security patches and occasional bug fixes. Here's the list of core branches 
and tags:

DRUPAL-5-8 will only exist when they tag 5.x-dev with whatever changes have 
been applied to DRUPAL-5.

What you have with DRUPAL-5 is the latest there is to have.

Also, anything on the dev mail list from dww for the last year and a half or 
so about CVS or project management.
