[support] Lack of Drupal community assistance.

The support mailing list seems to be more active at some times than other.
Keep in mind that support tends to be diffused a bit .. there is the mailing
list, the live irc chat support room, the support forums on drupal.org,
etc..  If you don't get a bite in one place, it can be worth casting your
line into one of the other ponds.

As for the problem you are having, what are the fields and filters that
you've configured for the View responsible for the overview page?
