[support] oops, locked myself out

hi all

have just started working for the first time in a serious kind of way, 
and i think i've made a stupid mistake.

the site i'm trying to build is initially not for the general public, 
but only for the workers of the organization i'm working for while they 
get used to adding content, using forums etc.

so i was playing with blocks, making them accessible only to authorized 
not anonymous users.

so the stupid thing i've done is done this for the login block, logged 
out and now i can't get back in getting an "Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page", even when i go to:

   http://mysite/?=user

any clues?
