[support] logging using lynx browser

I know drupal.org can be viewed using lynx.

It is perfectly reasonably that a person uses a text-based browser to
access the web. People who work on servers do it all the time; and some
people do it out of choice.

I can also confirm the error; however it does seem to work with Links.
