[support] Getting to the base URL

Tim:

Could you confirm that in addition to the /drupal directory being owned
by the apache user and that the files in the /drupal/ tree are also
owned by that user?

What are the permissions that you've set?

Have you been able to access other .html files in your /var/www/ tree?
