[support] problems with zen subtheme

Assuming that you have installed and enabled the Theme Settings API
(in Drupal 5, in Drupal 6 it is part of core), if you go to configure
your theme in Administer > Themes, you will see a checkbox:

"Show block editing on hover"

It is actually a wonderful feature, saving a lot of time hunting
around in admin menus, and which only appears for those with the
appropriate permissions, but if you don't want it, de-select this
checkbox.
