[support] Private download mode and downloaded files names

Hi

I enabled the private download mode.
Now, all the downloaded files are named index.php or IoxjCBnN.deb.part.
Is there a way to keep the original filename with this mode ?

I use this mode because, I want to track the downloads (with download 
counter module).
