[support] Problems with favicon in Internet Explorer

Try and save it as a .bmp file and then replace the exstention with .ico.

I have a problem showing the favicon in Internet Explorer while in Firefox
it works perfectly fine.

I try with a .png as well as a .jpg in 32x32, but can't solve it. Any idea
how to make it work?
