[support] issue with video_upload module

Hey Ole,

First and foremost, you should be able to get output (log/errors) from
cron--either with crontab or your webhost. However, I noticed the install
file mentioned some default php settings may not work with videos:

Additionally, the default PHP settings for upload_max_filesize and

Also, the max_execution for php time is generally set to 30 seconds, I have
run into that problem with cron before. You can add the php statement
set_time_limit(120);
to the top of the cron.php file and see if that helps (120 is the number of
seconds to allow php to execute for the file. You could also experiment
with other values).

After adjusting these settings, you should probably restart apache or at
least verify that the settings are in effect with the php statement
phpinfo()

I would try looking at the php settings especially in tandem with output
from your cron job first before troubleshooting video_upload specifics.

Hope that helps,
Tim
