[support] Some images are not displayed the content

The two images that are missing have a different path than the images that
are loading correctly. This is the path for 004.png:

/drupal/?q=system/files/115/0004_0.png

As compared to the path for the other images:

?q=system/files/115/003.png

Or:

sites/default/files/115/011.png

Notice that the first path (non-working) is absolute to your site root,
while the second two (working) are relative to the path you installed Drupal
under.
