[support] Add hypertext to registration welcome letter

Hi

Take a look at the mimemail module while will allow you to send a HTML  
email and then you will need to write a module to use the  
hook_mail_alter() to create the email you want.

I am not sure if there us a module which provides the ability to add a  
paypal button to the registration email.
