[support] Creating a node and taxonomy term in one action

Clark,

Here is another way to do it without just using Drupal core.

Edit the vocabulary and click on the check-box "Tags." Voila. Anyone who can
add a node can add a taxonomy term when creating the node. Doesn't need to
be in the vocabulary already.
