[support] module suggestion, please

Thank you both... but it looks like these just handle the "I agree" aspect. What about detecting their IP address, date, browser, etc. and have that info dumped into a file that could be retrieved at a later date? I know that info is in the server logs, so there must be some way to do it through Drupal?
