[support] Failed Upgrade to 6.16

Or maybe the guilty. Did you try running update.php again? In the thirty or
so recent upgrades, I ran into similar issues in a few cases and in the
worst cases, I had to temporarily disable some modules to make it through
the database upgrades (i.e. work around the order of database upgrades) or
deselect some of the upgrades during the update process.
