[support] Forms not working!!

Thanks all for your help so far.

 I also searched for the error lines in  Google and find those:

problem is I know absolutely nothing about coding :). So I don't get much of
what's written. Should I just switch to another hosting?..or is there
something I could do?

And which hosting do you recommend if I make the switch ??
