[support] Getting the sum of 5 fields in view and total number of blank fields in a node and displaying them ina table view

Hellos,

I have 5 html select select dropdowns, where users are selecting point(1-10)
in each field.

 I want to:-

-Get the sum total of the 5 select dropdowns
-Get number of blank or filled fields among the five fields.

please help.
