Depends if you want the image to be labelled as part off the site.

If this is something that will cascade through all pages then I would
use CSS to control the positioning off background-image

Hi,

 

I've built a basic website using Bartik, with a logo in the top left as 

well as a name.

 

Now the client wants to add a picture to the top right as well.

 

Is it possible to add this to Bartik without too much hassle, or should 

I switch themes?
