[support] local install fedora 14

Hello,

I have seen the guide on

about a local server setup. I think this is an excellent idea and I
want to give it a try.

I want to build a site and have it ready before I start paying a
monthly fee to a host provider.

However, my OS is fedora 14

If anybody happened to have a step-by-step guide to the local server
installation and setup for it, I would be very thankful.
