[support] WYSIWYG and body field

I've added the roles to the filter at
admin/settings/filters/x

I've added the buttons on the WYSIWYG configuration page at 
admin/settings/wysiwyg/profile/4/edit
for the input filter. I don't see another permission to set, but that 
certainly seems to be the way it's acting.
