[support] Questions around 6.16 to 6.22 upgrade

The Upgrade.txt is mostly about going from D5 to D6, not incremental updates
of core in D6. Just download the latest D6 on top of the existing code and
run update. You might want to do this in maintenance mode but I have never
had a problem just doing it live.
