[support] CSS & JS on a CDN

[DTH]

Depends on the CDN and whether it's a push or pull. See
http://wimleers.com/article/key-properties-of-a-cdn for an article on the
differences between the two and how they work.

http://drupal.org/project/cdn supports both types.
