[support] Toolbar [WAS: [drupal support]]

The admin_menu toolbar is a bit more practical for developing but I still
think that the Toolbar module is much more user friendly for content
editors.

I do like the shortcut integration, though - I hope that admin_menu will
support that in a future update.
