[support] Rules messages

I create a rule as part of a workflow when people log on for the first time.
In that I added a message that was in the status area. The message then
appeared at the wrong times... in the end I deleted the rule completely and
the damn message just won't go away. 

Are these status messages saved to a particular place where I can delete
this one? It might be something to do with the language system, the message
is saved for later translation.
