[support] Menu Items w/o Links

Hi, sorry I didn't read your whole email before thinking excitedly
that that was just what I needed, too.
So, I just tested and it does exactly what it says on the tin; but
doesn't do what you/I need. By itself <nolink> can only display
expanded menu items.
However, the project page does say " It is recommended to use
SimpleMenu module or another dynamic menu module or you will not be
able to access children of nolink menu items."
I don't have time to test right now, but that seems the way to go.
