[support] Error updating database

Are you upgrading from D6 or an earlier version of D7?

I've seen this happen because of a poorly tuned DB.  Something caused
MySQL to not respond and close the DB connection.

-- I did clear all caches, and this is just an update for Drupal 7 after
updating Views.
Caches cleared.
