[support] Deploying Content Type Changes

Features module gets them into code, but if you move a D6 features module
to D7 the results aren't pretty. The module itself would have to be ported
to use the new interfaces. I hope that this observation is wrong and would
love to be contradicted. We had a special calendar view constructed as a
feature on D6 and found the easiest way to move it to D7 was to recreate
the view on D7 (which could then be converted to a D7 feature if we wanted
to move it between D7 sites)
