[support] URL problem with upgrade to 7.14 on Bluehost

Yes had to set
RewriteBase /bar/polamnew in .htaccess.

Had the same issue back on Jan 26th where David and Earnie also helped.
Thanks guys. Don't you love to have to do everything over again every few
months? sic.
