[support] development copy of site fails

1) Make a backup of the entire DB for all sites using your DB backup utility.
2) Make sure you clear the browser cache and try differing browser vendors.
3) If 2 doesn't help find all the cache tables and empty them and the
sessions table.
4) Search the variables table for the performance settings and remove them.
