[support] Finding theme

Looking for a Drupal 7 theme and this site demos two themes, Aperture
and Reliance http://demo.sitefont.com/?theme=reliance

I located Aperture on the http://drupal.org/project/Themes but
Reliance wasn't listed. 

Is the Reliance available as a free theme? If so, is there a
download link available? Or is it proprietary to SiteFont? And if
proprietary, is there a similar free one?
