If you have Rules, Token, and Entity API enabled, you could be exhausting
your memory due to issues with Entity Token.

https://drupal.org/node/1203018 is a starting point.

Also, if you are running PHP 5.4, there are bugs (some Drupal, some PHP)
that cause unpredictable results.
