[support] Drupal7 + Memcache install issue

[Austin Einter]

I have a basic question. Where we tell to Apache/Varnish/Drupal that
memcached is running at localhost with this port.
I hope I am doing something wrong in configuration. Kindly let me know..,
if any link gives all required steps for memcache support in drupal 7.
