[support] Need opinions re D7/menus

Hi. Have 2 menus sitting in admin/structure/menu. They do not front paths
to module code, so are not in a hook_menu. Because they have some links
that lead to the same path, they are not in features.

The problem is changing them and propagating the changes in a deployment.
To me, the two options are to do it via an update with hook_update_N, or to
remove them from the UI and put some code in the appropriate hook_init to
do menu_save and menu_link_save's when the page is loaded.

Can't decide, but leaning toward the latter :-s
