[support] Problem getting Drupal mail

Hi Bill,
I think some of those issues depend on your server and are not a Drupal
issue. For me, I have my servers on Rackspace with a LAMP stack. I was
having the same issue mainly with the contact form not being sent at all.
After speaking with Rackspace and doing a little research, everyone
recommended SendGrid. While I dislike promoting a third-party and having
them manage my mail, it does work. The module I have for Mail is the SMTP
Authenication Support. There is also a SendGrid module but you shouldn't
have to use it.

If this isn't contact form related and just normal email, the only thing
you can do is check your logs and try to narrow it down.

Hopefully some of this helps.
