[support] Disable css/js aggregation for Admin or per role

Hello,

I'm looking for an option in d7 that was in drupal 6, when turning on css
and js aggregation i'm looking for a way to disable it for either theme css
files or simply when accessing the site as and admin/user 1/role

Any ideas?
