[support] Mass E-Mail in Drupal 7

Kamal,

I will be honest I do not know how to profile what the max would be for
Drupal.  I would think that it would depend on a lot of factors from how
busy the site is to how messages are being sent etc.

Message uses the Drupal Batch API for its queues I believe.
