[support] Simple twitter actions

I’m after a module for setting up a very simple twitter action.

 

I have a table with many Twitter addresses.

 

Example

 

Contact this dude his twitter @mytwitter

 

What’s the best module that will recognise @mytwitter of some other simple expression that isn’t going to fill the table with guff and display Twitter buttons to each of these different addresses. 

 

I don’t need a Twitter block or anything major. I’ve found a few JS scripts but I’m betting the is a module and lost in the mess of what is what.
