[support] Drupal Admin page doesn't tell me to make an update?!?

Update Manager was unchecked.
After I checked and run the cron job again, everything’s the same but I have now also the “Drupal core update status” line yellow too, but it said “No update data available”?!? What does that mean?

What is confusing me is the Drupal core info that shows the version 7.20 and doesn’t say anything to make an update?!?!?!? Why is that?
