I won't comment on whether there should be a discussion of where to list
commercial theme developers. I will comment to say that I think it would be
nice to have a level below CVS access to create, upload, and display themes.

Am I volunteering? No. Just registering a "+1" for the idea in advance. (I
know the subject has come up before.)

On the devel list they've been talking about enhancements to project.module.
Perhaps getting us theme folks involved in that discussion would be useful.
