[themes] Adding custom link tags to page head

Consider using one of the following

Drupal 6
http://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/includes--common.inc/function/drupal_set_html_head/6
Drupal 7
http://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/includes--common.inc/function/drupal_add_html_head/7
