[translations] Noun/Verb context on Localize.drupal.org

Hi,

Actually this is a topic that we in Portugal could also help. ;) The
division between noun and verb would be essential as it is a frequent
problem on the translation to Portuguese from Portugal. I actually
believe all latin languages will have interest in improving this
"contextualized translation".
