[development] Bugs to fix before 4.7rc

Hello. My list: - cache bug, of course (http://drupal.org/node/10407) - taxonomy bug (http://drupal.org/node/35125) Besides that, there's still a problem with $db_url. Despite documentation it does not support special characters in username or password. It can be fixed without breaking existing setups by introducing new, parallell configuration option, e.g. $db_config. If this variable is configured then we use new method x that supports special characters. If it's not, we still use $db_url and old method. -- Piotrek irc: #debian.pl Mors Drosophilis melanogastribus!
