I don't know if this is a bug, but on q=admin/settings, I followed the
link labelled "cache documentation" in the form group labelled "Cache
settings" and the link took me to q=admin/help where the word "cache"
(or "caching") was nowhere to be found.  Maybe it should link to
"q=admin/help/system#cache"?
