[development] How to workaround with this array_merge_recursive error

Hi all, Iam upgrading provisionator module from 4.7 -> 5.0 compatible one. It has gone through a good move into drupal 5.0 except this bug. http://drupal.org/node/61048 Is it really a bug or the module code is doing this ?. The error is like, error:"warning: array_merge_recursive() [function.array-merge-recursive]: Argument #2 is not an array in /var/www/html/web47/modules/node.module on line 1605" The module can creates node types using "provisionatorclient_view".
